Hello! I am Franco Sirito, a graduate in Nutrition with a postgraduate degree in Nutrition applied to 50 specific sports and high performance. My training culminated in an exhaustive research work on 103 pre-workout supplements, where I analyzed their ingredients, nutritional labels and the evidence behind their benefits and possible adverse effects, highlighting the need for greater consumer awareness.
In addition, I am a Personal Trainer with extensive training in various branches of fitness: powerlifting, weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, hypertrophy, HIIT, crossfit (all levels), endurance (running, cycling, rowing), tactical and hybrid, among others.
