  1. Plan Acquisition

    • The first step is to choose and purchase the plan that best suits your needs and goals.
    • If you need guidance or have any questions before buying, feel free to consult me at no cost through any of my communication channels.
  2. Contact Me and Complete the Forms

    • Once you have purchased the plan, get in touch with me via WhatsApp or email.
    • I will send you the medical history form and registration sheet, where I will gather the essential information to personalize your plan.
    • Remember that each program is adapted to your goals, specific sport, needs, medical condition, culture, possibilities, and preferences—no exceptions.
  3. Personalized Creation of Your Plan

    • After receiving your completed forms, within 24 to 48 business hours, you will have your training and/or nutrition program ready.
  4. Ongoing Support and Feedback

    • From this moment on, you have my 100% availability for daily feedback:
      • You can send me videos of your workouts and a record of your meals via WhatsApp.
      • I will analyze your technique and progress to make corrections and guide you every step of the way.
    • If necessary, I will adjust both the training plan and the nutrition plan.
  5. Biweekly Report and Review

    • After two weeks, you must send me a report on how you have adapted and evolved with the program.
    • We will assess whether it is necessary to modify complexities, intensities, or nutritional guidelines.
    • These changes are included in the plan you purchase, along with a weekly record of your meals starting from day one.

    In-Person Program

    • If you purchased the in-person program, your routine will alternate as follows: 15 days of virtual follow-up and 15 days of in-person sessions.
    • In addition, every 15 days you must complete a weekly record of your meals to further optimize your plan.
  6. Commitment for Better Service

    • To provide you with the best care, it is essential that you commit to your transformation process.
    • Send me periodic reports, videos of your exercises for technique corrections, and stay in touch for any nutritional or training-related questions.
